We're Your Neighbors
At the Boston Ice Cream Factory, family isn't just part of our story, it is our story! As a husband and wife team, we recently took ownership of this beloved neighborhood shop with a shared commitment to community, service, and the simple happiness ice cream brings.
We're proud to be a Black owned, family operated business rooted in the community we serve. Our goal is to honor the legacy of this local favorite while bringing fresh energy, creativity, and heart to every scoop. For us, ice cream has always been about connection, celebration, togetherness, and those small moments that make people smile.
We're dedicated to treating every customer like family and creating a space where memories are made. Whether it's a first cone, a birthday tradition, or a quick stop for something sweet, we want every visit to feel warm, welcoming, and joyful. The Boston Ice Cream Factory is more than a business to us, it's a community gathering place built on love, service, and the belief that joy tastes best when shared.
